In a recent study by Morning Consult, Prime Minister Narendra Modi was found to be the most popular global leader, with an impressive approval rating of 78%. The survey, which included responses from over 75,000 individuals across 13 countries, revealed a significant shift in public opinion regarding world leaders.

The high approval rating for PM Modi is a testament to his strong leadership and effective governance. Since taking office in 2014, he has implemented a series of reforms to boost economic growth, improve infrastructure, and enhance the overall quality of life for Indian citizens. These efforts have earned him widespread praise both at home and abroad.

One of the key factors contributing to PM Modi’s popularity is his focus on economic development. Under his leadership, India has experienced robust economic growth, with GDP expanding at an average annual rate of around 7%. This has helped lift millions of people out of poverty and created new opportunities for entrepreneurship and innovation.

PM Modi has also been praised for improving India’s infrastructure. He has launched ambitious initiatives such as the Smart Cities Mission, which aims to transform urban areas into modern, sustainable, and technologically advanced hubs. Additionally, he has championed the development of new transportation networks, including the construction of new highways and the expansion of the country’s railway network.

Another area where PM Modi has made significant strides is in the field of renewable energy. He has set ambitious targets for increasing the share of renewable energy in India’s total energy mix, and the country is now one of the world’s largest producers of solar power. This has not only helped reduce India’s carbon footprint but has also created new job opportunities in the renewable energy sector.

PM Modi has also been praised for improving India’s relations with other countries. He has worked to strengthen ties with key allies such as the United States and Japan while reaching out to neighboring countries like Pakistan and China. This has helped promote peace and stability in the region and has positioned India as a key player on the global stage.

In the Morning Consult survey, PM Modi got a high rating, which shows that many people like him and think he’s doing a good job for India. His focus on economic development, infrastructure improvement, and renewable energy has helped improve the lives of millions of Indians and has earned him respect and admiration both at home and abroad. As he continues to lead India forward, likely, his popularity will only continue to grow.
