First Arrest in Imphal East

The location falls under Lamsang police station. Personnel from CDO, Imphal East, and Central security forces carried out the operation.

According to authorities, Tomba Singh allegedly belonged to the Kangleipak Communist Party (KCP-PWG). Investigators suspected him of involvement in extortion activities.

The team acted on specific intelligence inputs. Subsequently, security personnel arrested him during the operation.
