The Panjab University (PU) in Chandigarh is preparing for the election of the deans on February 20th. The election will be held in the Senate Hall of the university. The list of eligible candidates will be announced on February 17th, and the election commission will begin the process of scrutiny of the nomination papers the following day. The final list of the eligible candidates will be announced on February 19th.
The election for the deans will take place on February 20th. The elected deans will take charge of their offices from March 2021. The deans will hold office for a period of three years and will be eligible for re-election.
