Empowering Indian SMBs with RapidEzy’s Training-as-a-Service

Can you remember the last time you had a memorable hotel or resort stay? What do you remember more about the hotel – the room, pool & physical amenities, or the fantastic service & experiences delivered by the professional & friendly service staff? It’s probably the latter. There’s a pretty good chance that RapidEzy Training Systems contributed to that memorable experience of yours.

Talent & skills gap is one of the biggest challenges faced by the industry today. RapidEzy, India’s first Training-as-a-Service platform, enables organisations to solve this issue by training employees at scale, rapidly, and cost-effectively. RapidEzy is an EdTech and SaaS startup founded by Sandip Labh.

Training is a strategic investment. Lack of training negatively impacts employee satisfaction, employee turnover, costs & wastes, employee productivity and, ultimately, the company’s overall financial performance. Conversely, companies that invest in professional training see an average of 24% more profit than those that don’t. Looking at this data, all companies should be investing in training. Unfortunately, that is not the case. Less than 6% of employees in SMBs receive ongoing professional Training.

Companies need two key capabilities to have a professional training system. They need a Learning Management System or LMS to automate, manage & deliver learning. Then they need quality training content, which they need to either develop in-house or subscribe to an on-demand training content service. The problem with the current ecosystem is that these capabilities are provided by different products, platforms & providers that need to be stitched together to work as a complete integrated system. To combine them into one integrated system takes over two months, experts to develop content in-house or integrate with another content platform, and a budget of 30 Lakhs onwards. This is a huge entry barrier for SMBs adopting a professional Training system.

RapidEzy provides a complete, low-cost, cloud-based & AI-enabled, ready-to-use training system and all their supporting services. RapidEzy provides a cloud Learning Management System or LMS to automate & manage a company’s end-to-end training process and deliver training. The LMS integrates with India’s most extensive e-learning library with over 2,000 on-demand content for workplace skills. Deploying RapidEzy’s cloud platform is “Rapid” and can be deployed within minutes. Implementing the system can be as “Ezy” as uploading an Excel sheet with employee names & departments.

Currently, RapidEzy offers two products & brands. RapidEzy is their vertical agnostic generic training product for SMBs. Their strategy is to build customised products specialised in specific industry verticals that are fully set up as per the industry’s organisation structures, training best practices and industry technical content. Hospitality Star is their first industry-specialized product for the Hotels & Hospitality industry.

RapidEzy is trying to solve one of the biggest problems of our country. To become a developed economy, Indian companies, especially SMBs, need to become world-class learning organisations, and Indians need to have skills at par with the developed world.  RapidEzy is on a mission to enable every Indian organisation & individual to become world-class learning organisations & individuals by providing complete end-to-end learning solutions and content at low costs.
