A massive fire erupted late Thursday night at a dumping ground located in Noida’s Sector 32, Uttar Pradesh. Firefighters were quickly deployed to the scene to bring the blaze under control. According to Additional Deputy Commissioner of Police (ADCP) Shakti Awasthi, the fire was caused by dry leaves that were present in the dumping ground and had caught fire, leading to the spread of the flames. Efforts were made to extinguish the fire, and authorities confirmed that it was eventually brought under control.

In a separate incident earlier on Thursday, a fire broke out in the office of the Superintendent of Postal Goods Godown in Aligarh, Uttar Pradesh. Firefighters were dispatched to the location, and their efforts to control the fire were ongoing. The cause of the fire in the godown, which was constructed using wood, was yet to be determined.

Last month, a fire incident occurred in a few apartments on Gaur City 14th Avenue in Greater Noida. Video footage captured the intensity of the flames engulfing the high-rise society. Local police from the Bisrakh police station swiftly arrived at the scene and took control of the area. The fire initially started on the first-floor balcony of one apartment and subsequently spread to other floors. Fortunately, no casualties or injuries were reported.

Authorities are continuing their investigations into the causes of these fire incidents, emphasizing the importance of preventive measures to ensure the safety of residents and the prompt response of emergency services to mitigate such incidents.
