Not every champion starts in a gym. Some begin in kitchens, with dreams bigger than their circumstances. That’s exactly how Karmjeeth Singh Soni began his journey—mixing homemade protein shakes and chasing a vision when he had little else.
Fast forward to today, and Karmjeeth is a two-time Mr. India titleholder (2023 and 2025) and the newly signed face of GNC India, the country’s leading nutrition and wellness brand. As part of his new role, he’s not only inked an annual endorsement deal but also been named the official brand ambassador for the Telangana market.
But the road here wasn’t paved with privilege.
“Eight years ago, I had no job, no resources, and definitely no access to top supplements,” says Karmjeeth. “I used to rely on YouTube videos, learn whatever I could, and make my own shakes at home. I just had a dream—and I refused to give up on it.”
That raw determination became his fuel. Day by day, rep by rep, he built not just muscle but a mindset. A mindset that would take him from obscurity to the national stage, earning respect across India’s fiercely competitive bodybuilding circuit.
His partnership with GNC feels like a full-circle moment—proof that persistence pays off. What began with trial-and-error nutrition in a humble home has led to fronting a brand trusted by millions.
And the journey is far from over.
Karmjeeth is now preparing to compete in the Mr. Tamil Nadu Championship on September 28, 2025, a critical step as he eyes the international stage. He’s set to represent India at the Mr. Asia competition in December 2025—his biggest challenge yet.
“Every time I step on stage, it’s not just about winning,” he explains. “It’s about showing people—especially those who feel stuck or overlooked—that anything is possible. If my story gives even one person hope, then I’ve already won.”
From struggle to spotlight, from homemade shakes to international dreams—Karmjeeth Singh Soni is more than just a bodybuilder. He’s a symbol of what’s possible when belief never wavers.
