Legendary Indian actor Amitabh Bachchan, known as the “megastar” of Bollywood, has informed his fans that he may have to skip his weekly Sunday meet-and-greet due to work commitments. For almost 40 years, the 80-year-old actor has been meeting his fans every Sunday in front of his residence Jalsa in Juhu, Mumbai. Bachchan has always made sure to notify his fans if there is a change in schedule.

In a blog post on Saturday night, Bachchan said that he would try to make it back home for the meet-and-greet, but there is a possibility of a delay or him not appearing at all. The actor has been keeping busy with his work commitments, including shooting for his upcoming film, “Goodbye,” and hosting the popular game show “Kaun Banega Crorepati” (Who Wants to Be a Millionaire) in India.

Bachchan has been an icon in the Indian film industry for decades and has acted in more than 200 Bollywood movies. He is also known for his philanthropic work and has been actively involved in various charitable causes. The actor has a massive following in India and around the world and is widely respected for his contributions to the Indian film industry.

The Sunday meet-and-greet has been a tradition for Bachchan for almost four decades, and fans from all over India come to Juhu to catch a glimpse of their favorite actor. Bachchan has always been grateful for the love and support he receives from his fans and has often spoken about how important they are to him.

The actor has also been vocal about the importance of staying safe during the COVID-19 pandemic and has urged his fans to follow all the necessary precautions. Bachchan himself tested positive for the virus last year and was hospitalized for several weeks. He has since recovered and resumed work on his various projects.

Despite his busy schedule, Bachchan has always made time for his fans and has often spoken about the special bond he shares with them. He has also been actively involved in social media and has been using platforms like Twitter to connect with his fans.

It remains to be seen whether Bachchan will be able to make it to the Sunday meet-and-greet this week. However, his fans have always been supportive of him and will undoubtedly understand if he is unable to attend due to work commitments.
