Significance

Tulsi Vivah is a festival that celebrates the union of the divine feminine and masculine energies. It is also a time to pray for blessings of peace, prosperity, and happiness.

In Hindu mythology, Tulsi is considered to be the embodiment of Lakshmi, the goddess of wealth and prosperity. She is also a symbol of purity and devotion. Vishnu is the god of preservation and is often depicted as a protector of the universe.

The marriage of Tulsi and Vishnu is a symbolic representation of the union of these two divine energies. It is a reminder that the divine feminine and masculine energies are complementary and essential to the balance of the universe.

Tulsi Vivah is a popular festival in India and is celebrated by Hindus of all castes and creeds. The festival is a time for families and friends to come together and celebrate the sacred union of Tulsi and Vishnu.
