Prabhas, the star of the blockbuster film “Baahubali,” expressed his hope that audiences would appreciate his performance as Lord Ram in “Adipurush,” Om Raut’s big-screen adaptation of the Hindu epic “Ramayana.” The film’s makers released the trailer on Tuesday, six months after the teaser caused controversy over the depiction of Ravana and Hanuman, as well as the quality of the film’s visual effects.

At the press event, Prabhas and the crew chanted “Jai Shri Ram” and “Jai Siya Ram,” expressing gratitude for the opportunity to portray such an iconic character. Prabhas stated that the film was made with “a lot of love and respect,” and he hoped that audiences would appreciate the effort put into the project.

“Adipurush” is a multilingual period drama that features Prabhas as Lord Ram, Saif Ali Khan as Ravana, and Kriti Sanon as Sita. The film is set to be released in 2022 and is one of the most anticipated films of the year.

The trailer of the film showcases stunning visual effects and breathtaking action sequences that have left audiences eagerly anticipating the film’s release. The film’s director, Om Raut, stated that he had been working on the film for over a year and that he wanted to create a film that would appeal to audiences worldwide.

“Adipurush” is the latest in a series of big-budget adaptations of Hindu mythology that have been released in recent years. These films have been praised for their attention to detail and their ability to bring ancient stories to life on the big screen. With its impressive cast and production values, “Adipurush” is sure to be a major hit when it is released next year.
