Over 100 students from Andhra Pradesh, who were stranded in violence-hit Manipur, are set to be evacuated via a special flight arranged by the Andhra Pradesh government in coordination with the Ministry of Civil Aviation. The students were unable to return to their hometowns due to the ongoing violence in the state.

According to a statement shared by the state government on Sunday, the Ministry of Civil Aviation has agreed to fly back the students in a special flight. However, the details of the flight schedule are yet to be announced. The officials have assured that the students will be safely brought back to their hometowns.

The students had been stranded in Manipur for several days due to the violence that erupted in the state. The violence was triggered by the killing of a former militant leader by security forces, which led to widespread protests and clashes between the police and the locals.

The situation in Manipur had become very tense, and the students were unable to leave the state due to the roadblocks and other disruptions caused by the violence. The Andhra Pradesh government had been in touch with the Ministry of Civil Aviation to arrange for a special flight to bring back the stranded students.

The evacuation of the students is a welcome move by the government, and it will bring relief to the students and their families. The students had been facing a lot of hardship and uncertainty due to the violence in Manipur, and the special flight will ensure their safe return to their hometowns.

The government has also appealed to all the students to remain calm and cooperate with the authorities. The officials have assured that all necessary arrangements will be made to ensure a smooth evacuation process.

The evacuation of the Andhra Pradesh students is an example of how the government can step in to help its citizens during times of crisis. It is heartening to see that the government is taking proactive measures to ensure the safety and well-being of its citizens, especially those who are in distress.
