Chief Minister Yumnam Khemchand Singh chaired a Cabinet meeting on Friday at the State Secretariat in Imphal, where ministers discussed key administrative matters aimed at strengthening governance and improving public service delivery across Manipur.
The meeting focused on building a citizen-centric administrative system grounded in transparency, accountability, and effective policy implementation. Earlier in the day, a delegation from the Khoibu Tribe Union met the Chief Minister at the State Secretariat in Imphal.
The delegation extended greetings and warm courtesies to the Chief Minister. As a mark of respect, the representatives felicitated him with the presentation of a traditional crown.
The meeting provided an opportunity for interaction between the community leaders and the state government.

Expressing his gratitude for the gesture, Chief Minister Khemchand Singh thanked the delegation for their visit and appreciated the cultural significance of the traditional honour.
