The Combined Secondary Level Examination 2025 witnessed strong participation, with over 47,000 applicants competing for limited posts. Notably, candidates competed for Group C and Group D positions across 26 departments.

Interestingly, Scheduled Tribe candidates secured 39 unreserved posts. This indicates increased competition and improved performance across categories.


Focus on Technology and Skill Development

The Chief Minister encouraged new recruits to embrace modern technologies such as artificial intelligence and machine learning. He emphasised that technology will play a key role in improving governance.

Therefore, he directed departments to collaborate with training institutions to equip employees with digital skills. This step aims to create a future-ready workforce.
