Recognizing the signs of a heart attack and acting swiftly can save lives.

Heart Attack Symptoms: Common symptoms include chest pain or discomfort, shortness of breath, lightheadedness, nausea, and pain in the arms, back, neck, jaw, or stomach.

Immediate Action: If you or someone experiences these symptoms, call emergency services immediately. Taking aspirin (if not allergic) and staying calm can also be life-saving measures while awaiting medical assistance.
