Union Minister for Consumer Affairs, Food and Public Distribution Prahlad Joshi met Assam Chief Minister Himanta Biswa Sarma in Guwahati on Friday to review the implementation of the Pradhan Mantri Garib Kalyan Anna Yojana (PMGKAY).
